I've had this app on my phone (off & on) for the past 7 years (2015), but didnt start consistently using it until May 2020. I began that month at 267 lbs. By April 2021, I was 174 lbs. And do you know how much exercise I did during that time? ZERO! If you use the app consistently, and you remember to log your weight every few days so the app can recalibrate your daily calorie budget, it'll work miracles!
It takes my time with too many questions and at the end they said it's not free😡😡😡😡😡
Took almost 30 minutes to start it up and get all my data together, then it wouldn't even take my email.

ok , I was recommended by my physician to try MyFitnessPal, I did, but the interface was almost too complicated to navigate....in short....there was a lot going on . But that was still a good app as well, once you figured it out. But Lose It , is so much easier to navigate. it's plain and simple. Nothing confusing about it. Straight to the point, but still has some of the features of MyFitnessPal. Group support , ECT. Love this app! And it will get the job done if you stick to your guns!

Password/log In. I have tried to reset my password 3 different times and as soon as I click on the link within seconds..."change password link has expired" even though I clicked it as soon as it showed up in my email. If you have this app DONT lose the password and even if you know it's right, it may not work.
I paid for a year subscription to this app and didn't really care for it or use it...tried getting refunded since I am not using it and they will not refund my money for the 11 months I won't be using the app...rip off!!
